2. Application Usage Terms

BE a Woman focuses on personal development, improving physical fitness, and motivating movement.

- The use of the application is voluntary and at the user's own risk.

- The user agrees to use the application for personal purposes only.

3. Health Condition

- Consult your physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have health limitations.

- Adapt exercises to your abilities and stop immediately if you experience any discomfort.

4. Registration and User Account

- Users register via email and create a personal account.

- Sharing the account with third parties is prohibited. In case of suspected unauthorized use, contact us immediately.

- The user is responsible for the confidentiality of login details and all activities performed under their account.

- The provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account in case of terms violation.

5. Application Content

- All content within the application, including training plans, videos, and texts, is protected by copyright.

- Any copying, sharing, or commercial use of the content without prior consent from the provider is prohibited.

6. Payments and Fees

    6.1. General Information

The BE a Woman app provides access to content focused on exercise, health, and personal development. Some features may be available for free, while full access to content requires a paid subscription.

    6.2. Free and Paid Versions of the App

In the basic free version, you can enjoy:
- Daily encouragement from Eva and connection with your body throughout the day

- Access to a library with 10 selected lessons

- Tracking of your daily progress

The paid version in the form of a subscription offers much more for your body, mind, and soul:
- Personalized workouts for your body: Diagnosis and carefully structured plans tailored to your needs, movement habits, and gradual development of your body's potential.

- Complete video library: Only with a subscription do you gain access to all workouts. The free version includes only 10 lessons.

- Psychosomatic support: Connect movement with mindfulness and holistic healing.

- Free monthly webinars: Gain inspiration on topics ranging from weight loss to menopause care and injury recovery.

- Individual support from Eva Behenská: Feel great in your body with a personalized approach and guidance.

    6.3. Subscription Types
- The app operates on a subscription basis, which can be monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

- Payments are processed via App Store / Google Play or other available payment methods.

- The subscription renews automatically unless canceled by the user before the end of the billing period.

    6.4. Subscription Cancellation and Management
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time in the App Store / Google Play account settings.

- After cancellation, users will retain access to content until the end of the paid period, but no further charges will be made.

- Refunds are not possible if the subscription has not been used.

    6.5. Technical Issues and Claims
- If users experience payment or content access issues, they can contact app support.

- Payment claims and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the App Store / Google Play or other payment providers.

7. Liability

- The provider is not responsible for any injuries or health complications resulting from exercises performed using the application.

- The application does not replace professional medical advice or healthcare services.

8. Data Protection

- We process your personal data in compliance with legal regulations and our privacy policy.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

- All disputes will be resolved under the legal system of the Czech Republic.

- Users may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for alternative dispute resolution.

10. Termination of Use

- Users may terminate their use of the application and request account deletion at any time.

- The provider reserves the right to cancel an account after 12 months of inactivity.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

- The provider reserves the right to change the terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes through the application or email.
